i have been in this 360 degree for promotion, ala from E to SE je pun. tah2 increment pun secoet je...
i still remember when i was in the  middle of deciding to join here, i went to D*gi's interview which ekceli more interested to my interest. at that particular interview, i was ekceli asked  to give my specific salary and i was being arrogant sket and asked for double than in here. obviously memang tak dpt la.. and of coz, anasir2 luar bagi semue reasons to be here instead of there. but see how it goes now....

memang la, overall, market is not that good. being in the matured market, its kind of difficult... apparently, HR is not really taking care of the employee. of coz people will move to get a better deal. i am one of them but so far, it is quite slow. ye la, dah reaching end of the year, tak byk opportunities pun. semue pun silent mode je. and furthermore kena la tunggu promotion nih if ever it takes place.

oth, we we planning to go for short trip to penang b4 posa. most probably 2 sept... dah survey the resort yg nak pegi. muri was suggesting lone pine resort, small and not crowded place. hopefully will get there and meet aunty shabi and co..heehhehe

budak botak tu betambah2 manja ngan ngada2 sket lately. biasa la, my baby kan... ooo.. talking abt him make me miss him even more.....*sigh*
